Return Policies


Your complete satisfaction with our product is our ultimate goal. Items may be returned or exchanged within seven days from when it was shipped to you. It will require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R/A#), Please call 1.561.994.3330, and we will give that to you We do not accept any package without an R/A # Be sure that it is visible on the outside of the box. FOR SAFER DELIVERY DO NOT USE THE WORD" JEWELRY" ON THE BOX AND DO NOT MAIL ON FRIDAY(OVER THE WEEKEND). You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. To receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States follow the steps outlined below.

  Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within seven days of receipt. WITH THE  R/A#

  To expedite exchanging for a different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

  If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1.561.994.3330. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by David Stern Fine Jewelry Inc. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported  ON DELIVERY, If the box is open or damaged and you have the oppotunity take a video of the delivery, do so. with the delivery person or refuse delivery. Call us and we will help. David Stern Fine Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. We recomend you insure for the purchased price and ship overnight FED EX Do not ship on Friday unless it is SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR SATURDAY If you have the oppounity video the package on delivery if it is damaged

Items not returnable include

  1.   International returns.
  2. Non-USD currencies.
  3. Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.( international items)
  4. Any purchases unless prior authorization is obtained by calling 1.561.993.3330 and recieving a R/A # (Return authorization#)
  5. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  6. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  7. Engraved items.

  We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Fulfillment Center. Following receipt of your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email.

To return a diamond or jewelry item  follow the below process:

1. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

3. Insure Your Package for the price of the item listed on your invoice.

We are available to repair or work on your jewelry .It need not be purchased form us Follow the instrutions above. They work and are safe.
